Notes:
- You need to have TWRP Recovery.
- Thanks to 24jester07 of 4PDA.
Instructions:
- Download ROM and GApps zip file;
- Move them to Internal Storage or SD Card;
- Go to Recovery;
- Select Wipe;
- Choose everything OR everything without Internal Storage (if you have ROM and GApps Zip files there);
- Go back;
- Select Install;
- Flash Viper OS and GApps zip files;
- Reboot.
Bugs:
- Offline charging.
