Notes:
- You need to install any Camera app. Otherwise, front camera will not work;
- Only works with 1 SIM Card;
- Until you install an configure your phone, your SIM Card need to be out of the phone;
- You don't need to flash any GApps;

Instructions:
- Download ROM;
- Move it to Internal Storage or SD Card;
- Reboot to Recovery;
- Select Wipe;
- Choose everything except Internal Storage or SD Card (it depends where Zip files are located);
- Go back;
- Select Install;
- Flash MIUI 8 Zip file;
- Reboot;
