- You need to have TWRP Recovery.
Instructions:
- Download ROM and GApps Zip file;
- Move them to Internal Storage or SD Card;
- Go to Recovery;
- Select Wipe;
- Choose everything except Internal Storage or SD Card (it depends where Zip files are located);
- Go back;
- Select Install;
- Flash ROM;
- Flash GApps;
- Reboot.
